14er Set Spannungsregler TO220 - Modelle L7805 bis L7824 und LM317T

El pack ofereix una gran versatilitat per a projectes electrònics, ja que cada regulador subministra una tensió fixa o ajustable diferent, cobrint rangs des de +5V fins a +24V i negatius des de -5V fins a -15V, a més d’un model ajustable (LM317T). Això permet a l’usuari adaptar el pack a diferents necessitats de fonts d’alimentació sense haver d’adquirir cada regulador per separat.

Tots els reguladors inclosos fan servir encapsulat TO220, amb dimensions estàndard aproximades de 10 mm x 15 mm x 4.5 mm. Tolerància típica de regulació ±2% a ±4%. El corrent màxim de sortida sol ser d’1.0 a 1.5 A, segons el model, i el voltatge màxim d’entrada recomanat és de 35V DC (diferencial a terra) per als models positius i negatius. L’LM317T ofereix ajust en un rang d’1.25V a 37V.

Només són compatibles amb voltatges DC a l’entrada. Si s’utilitza una font AC, caldrà rectificar-la i filtrar-la adequadament abans d’entrar al regulador. És crític utilitzar un bon condensador de filtratge (≥ 470 μF) a l’entrada i, per a càrregues elevades o diferències de voltatge altes, és recomanable acoblar un dissipador tèrmic a l’encapsulat TO220 per no superar els 125 °C de temperatura de juntura.

Els problemes més freqüents inclouen sobreescalfament (per manca de dissipador), caigudes de tensió excessives (si el voltatge d’entrada és massa proper al de sortida) i soroll a la sortida (per filtratge insuficient). Per evitar aquests problemes, assegureu-vos de respectar la diferència mínima d’entrada/sortida (Dropout típic 2V), utilitzar dissipador si el corrent supera 0.5A, i col·locar els condensadors de filtratge recomanats a les fulles de dades.

El L7805 i similars subministren un voltatge fix predeterminat, i són ideals per a circuits on es requereix una tensió estable i coneguda. L’LM317 és ajustable (rang 1.25V–37V) i resulta útil quan es necessita una tensió personalitzada o experimental. L’elecció depèn de si el circuit exigeix flexibilitat (LM317) o simplicitat i estabilitat (reguladors fixos).

The L7805 and similar regulators provide a fixed, predetermined voltage, making them ideal for circuits that require a stable and known supply. The LM317 is adjustable (range 1.25V–37V) and is useful when a custom or experimental voltage is needed.
