Mechanic XG-40 Lötpaste (35GR) – Hochwertig zum Löten

L’envàs conté aproximadament 35 grams de pasta d’estany. La mida de partícula és d’entre 25 µm i 45 µm, cosa que permet una aplicació precisa en microcomponents. Tot i que les dimensions físiques de l’envàs poden variar lleugerament segons el lot, solen ser pots compactes d’aproximadament 40 mm d’alçada i 30 mm de diàmetre.

Per mantenir-ne les propietats, la pasta s’ha d’emmagatzemar ben tancada en un ambient sec, allunyada de fonts de calor i, preferentment, entre 3 °C i 10 °C. La vida útil recomanada és de fins a 6 mesos després d’obrir-la, sempre que s’eviti la contaminació del producte amb pols o humitat.

La Mechanic XG-40 (Sn63/Pb37) conté plom, oferint un punt de fusió de 185–190 °C, cosa que facilita la soldadura a temperatures més baixes i disminueix l’estrès tèrmic en els components. La BST-705 és lliure de plom i compleix la normativa ROHS, però requereix temperatures més altes (235–240 °C) per fondre’s, fet que pot presentar més riscos de dany per a certs components electrònics.

La manipulació de productes amb plom requereix precaucions: eviteu el contacte directe amb la pell, la inhalació de vapors o la ingestió accidental. S’ha d’utilitzar en zones ventilades i rentar-se bé les mans després de treballar-hi. A més, el seu ús està restringit en dispositius electrònics destinats a comercialització a la Unió Europea i molts mercats internacionals a causa de la normativa ROHS (2002/95/CE).
